Wedding Research: 1st Dilemma
So, as some of you know, I will be wed later this year…October 9th, to be precise. We are extremely poor and paying for it ourselves, thus we are being very creative. Recently, we found a venue and have since been debating on what food to get- I just want a caterer to bring finger food (because it’s easier) and Todd wants us to get catering from our favorite Italian restaurant,...
Who Farted?
I must be pissing people off cause I am losing followers left and right….either that or those people were a bunch of flaky douchebags.

Cat Callers on the Move
Why do men think that they can pick up a woman by yelling out of their car/from their stoop at her? Have they EVER seen anyone succeed in this manner? EVER?!? Who told them that it works? If someone attempts to “compliment” me from their Civic, do they really expect me to turn around and say something to the effect of “That is so sweet. We should totally go out. Here is my...
Monkey on the Lam
Apparently, this monkey has been a fugitive for a year in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. He is immune to tranquilizer darts and knows how to cross the street without being killed. He has a page on facebook. Read the entire article…What up with that?
Eerie Coincidence
This morning, I settled into a seat on the train and cracked open my NY Magazine. I started reading an article about people who get killed/commit suicide by going on to subway tracks and the effect it has on the conductors. The piece was called After the Blood on the Tracks. At the same time, on my ipod, which, mind you, is set to shuffle, You’re a Big Girl Now by Bob Dylan came on. It is on...

A Stoic Johnson
This is my dear friend Josh Johnson-aka Pinche Gringo (mexican for “fucking american”). He is a sweet, handsome (he has been said to resemble one John Depp), sensitive man who wants a date for when he visits in June. He will also be back in October for Todd and mine’s wedding. So that’s TWO dates. He is a music connoisseur (mix tape genius), world traveler, dapper dresser...

Subway Sadist?
This morning I was making my trains like clockwork. I climbed up the stairs at West 4th and got on a waiting E train just before the doors closed. I sat down and the train didn’t move. An A train pulled up across the platform. The E didn’t move, the doors didn’t open so I could get on the A train. As soon as the A train left, my train’s doors opened….why did they...
My Slackness
Hello the few who read my blog-
I am sorry I haven’t been posting a whole lot this month. I have been very busy and I finally have a job that requires more than answering the phone!! It’s very exciting for me. Also, Todd and I have finally set a date for our wedding and the planning has been taking up most of my computer free time. Nothing funny has happened recently. I haven’t...

The Metric System
If the rest of the world uses the metric system, why does everyone order a PINT of beer?

Serving Tacos Ain't Brain Surgery
I love the Endless Summer Taco Truck in Williamsburg. It’s not as great as the Calexico Cart but it’s pretty good. The major difference between the two, other than overall flavor, is that the hesh dudes at the Calexico Cart have got their shit together. They don’t fuck around and run out of stuff ALL THE TIME..and they are 20 times busier. The only reason you have to wait at CC...

Last Night's Dinner
This is chicken, ham and swiss cheese wrapped in a puff pastry and baked. Then I topped that mug with whole grain mustard cream sauce. We had a salad on the side since the puff pastry is pretty much terrible for you.
